Job Title: Executive Director Operations and Research

ACRL Corp. is seeking an experienced Executive Director Operations and Research to lead our Medical Supplements Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, presenting annual reports, and formulating policy drafts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital campaigns, including study, approval, and suggestion of advertisements for scientific validity, legality, and health claims.
  • Present annual reports on retail and wholesale trade for national and international markets.
  • Formulate annual and long-term policy drafts for product development and assign priorities based on health statistics and demands.
  • Oversee and approve product labels and disclaimers, ensuring compliance with official and legal mandates.
  • Conduct research in medical databases and peer-reviewed journals to compile an evidence base for unique blends of formulations.
  • Structure formulas for new blends of supplements in line with Canadian government policies and Health Canada's recommendations.
  • Train sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage audio-visual educational campaigns on social media and participate in seminars/conferences.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Internal Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing, planning, and executing healthcare services in a community setting.
  • Significant experience with preparing scientific deliberations and presentations.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.

English.

Salary:

$00 per hour, subject to annual revision, incremental raises, performance pay, or bonus.
