Job Title: Executive Director Operations and Research

ACRL Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Director Operations and Research to lead our Medical Supplements Division.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in health care services to oversee the development, planning, and execution of our medical supplements business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of preparing scientific deliberations and presentations, as well as conducting community-based research on lifestyle diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for product development and marketing.
  • Conduct research in medical databases and peer-reviewed journals to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Present annual reports on company performance to senior management.
  • Oversee the approval of product labels and disclaimers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Internal Medicine, or a related health care field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing, planning, and executing health care services in a community setting.
  • Significant experience with preparing scientific deliberations and presentations.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
What We Offer:

ACRL Corp. offers a competitive salary of $100 per hour, subject to annual revision, incremental raises, performance pay, or bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

English is the primary language of work. French is not required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position.
