Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director Operations and Research to join our team at ACRL Corp. This is a permanent and full-time position that requires a strong background in operations management, research, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research in medical databases and peer-reviewed journals to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative products.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with directors and manufacturers to develop and execute business plans, identify new markets, and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Policy Development: Formulate and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: A university degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Internal Medicine, or a related health care field is required. A Doctor of Medicine degree in Clinical Medicine recognized by Medical Council of Canada is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of managerial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in developing, planning, and executing health care services in a community setting.
  • Skills: Strong networking and communication skills, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective business strategies.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Pay: $54.00 per hour, subject to annual revision, incremental raises, performance pay, or bonus.
