Job Title: Executive Director Operations and Research

Company Overview: ACRL Corp. is a leading company in the health and wellness industry, dedicated to providing high-quality supplements and services to our customers.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Director Operations and Research to lead our Medical Supplements Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, coordinating with directors and manufacturers, and presenting annual reports on company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with directors and manufacturers to ensure effective product development and sales strategies.
  • Present annual reports on company performance to stakeholders.
  • Formulate policy drafts for product development and assign priorities based on health statistics and demands.
  • Oversee and approve product labels and disclaimers to ensure compliance with official and legal mandates.
  • Conduct research in medical databases and peer-reviewed journals to develop evidence-based formulations.
  • Structure formulas for new blends of supplements in line with Canadian government policies and Health Canada's recommendations.
  • Train sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product promotion.
  • Develop and manage audio-visual educational campaigns on social media and participate in seminars and conferences.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Internal Medicine, or a related health care field.
  • At least 10 years of managerial experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing, planning, and executing health care services in a community setting.
  • Significant experience dealing with lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, or obesity.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.

Work Environment: This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of $54.00 per hour. The work location is in Whitby, Ontario, and the language of work is English.
