Senior Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

The University Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join its Redevelopment Projects Team.

This is a key role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital staff, to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the Redevelopment Projects Manager, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
