SAP ETM/PM Expert with S4 HANA and Fiori Skills

As a seasoned SAP ETM/PM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence and efficiency within our organization. With a strong focus on SAP technologies, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the effective utilization of SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP ETM and PM modules, providing guidance and support to the business and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Provide day-to-day support and training to super users and end users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize SAP ETM/PM effectively.
  • Work closely with developers to implement changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Liaise between the business and SAP support teams to resolve any technical issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of standard configuration and best practices, ensuring easy access for future reference.
  • Contribute to long-term planning and roadmapping initiatives, aligning system development with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain operational reporting and KPI dashboards, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-train with other team members to ensure knowledge sharing and expertise transfer.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
  • Offer expert guidance and advice to the business on best practices for using SAP ETM and PM modules, maximizing system potential.
  • Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize SAP ETM/PM functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ETM and PM modules, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori.
  • Proven knowledge of standard SAP implementation and development practices, including creation of blueprints, process flows, and work instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
