We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Review candidate inventories to identify the best fit for our clients' needs.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, promoting a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Recruit and hire staff, leveraging your expertise to find the best candidates for our clients' businesses.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 5 years or more in recruitment and staffing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
