Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Paul's Group Limited. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
