Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the job
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Review candidate inventories to identify the best fit for the role
- Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and selection processes
- Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
- Recruit and hire staff
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows, electronic mail, database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
