  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories to identify the best fit for the role
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and selection processes
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Recruit and hire staff

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows, electronic mail, database software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
