Store Manager

Knix is a leading intimate apparel and activewear brand that is revolutionizing the industry with its innovative products and customer-centric approach. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Leads, and Associates to create an inclusive environment for customers to explore our product line in-store.
- Actively listen to client needs and preferences, and lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment our guests enter the store.
- Coach and provide feedback to associates on maximizing sales while balancing service.
- Review and communicate daily, weekly, and quarterly store sales targets.
- Maintain operational excellence by training the team on cycle counting and inventory management best practices.
- Ensure team members maintain the visual standards of the store at all times to create a world-class shopping experience.
- Support marketing initiatives with on-the-ground execution of logistics for special events.
- Support with the openings and operations of future stores and pop-ups for Knix.
- Previous experience in a retail management role leading a similar size team and/or store volume.
- Proven experience recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team who consistently meet and exceed store KPIs.
- Experience planning and executing community events both in-store and out-of-store is an asset.
- Open availability to ensure business needs are met, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
