New Look Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at New Look. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the achievement of store objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads.
- Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
