We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smoky Lake Esso/Great Bear Cafe. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Job Description
  • Process cash, credit card and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Operate a cash register and manage cash handling duties
  • Assist customers with purchases and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma is necessary
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $35,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
