At GoFer Liquor, we're looking for a skilled Cashier and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating our cash registers, and processing payments with ease and accuracy.

We're a fast-paced retail environment that requires attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You'll also be responsible for stocking shelves, cleaning the counter area, and assisting customers with self-checkout. If you have excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a strong sense of teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Operate cash registers and process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Stock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a high level of store appearance and organization.
  • Assist customers with self-checkout, verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products, and provide support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
