Job Summary

The Lead Supervisor role is a critical component of our store's success, driving sales and operational processes to achieve business objectives. As a Lead Supervisor, you will model high standards of performance, representing our brand at its best. You will serve as a versatile team player, adapting to various roles within the store environment to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across all categories.
  • Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to optimize sales floor layouts and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Operations:
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and improving productivity.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to optimize store layouts and merchandising.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, high retail traffic and sales days.
