Role Overview:

The Lead Supervisor is a key member of our store team, responsible for driving sales and operational excellence. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can lead by example, model Coach's behaviors, and deliver results-driven performance.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Understand organizational objectives and make informed decisions in partnership with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to drive business growth.
  • Endorse, model, and develop teams to deliver Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
  • Enforce sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories.
  • Work with Store Managers and/or Assistant Store Managers to flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results.
  • Leverage floor supervisor assignment responsibilities to deliver strong metrics and remain results-driven.

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, switching gears based on the needs of the business.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and interact regularly with supervisors.
  • Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building with corporate office partnership.
  • Understand and use all retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales, preferably in a luxury retail service environment).
  • Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
