Job Title: Lead Child Development Supervisor

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lead child development supervisor to join our team at Tiny Hoppers Park Lawn. As a lead child development supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare centre, including supervising staff, developing and implementing child-care programs, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre, including supervising staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare programs
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including supervision of equipment and facilities
  • Supervise and mentor early childhood educators and assistants to ensure they are meeting the needs of children and families
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead child development supervisor or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and standards
