Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Shion Canada Immigration Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our consultants and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to consultants and staff, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a client-focused approach
