Key Responsibilities- Work with institutional teams to implement compliance projects and ensure the accurate and timely implementation of institutional client investment policies into internal systems.
- Collaborate with senior portfolio managers, client relationship managers, and institutional clients to examine, review, confirm and input investment constraints in CIBC systems.
- Contribute to the client solutioning process in ensuring customized RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure investment strategy content is compliant across CIBC AM internal databases.
- Complete client deliverables efficiently while ensuring service standards are consistently applied.
- Work on ad-hoc continuous improvement projects to achieve efficiencies and improve the overall client experience.
- At least 2-3 years of investment industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of business controls and compliance sustainability reviews.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of responsibilities.
- Extensive skills using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Bloomberg.
- Enrollment in CFA or CIM designations is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
