Job Description

Job Title: Agile Business Analyst - Senior

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at LanceSoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our product initiatives, collaborating with technical teams, and delivering high-quality software design and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Design and Documentation: Participate in the creation of high-quality software design and documentation, ensuring that all SDLC phases are well-documented.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Assist with troubleshooting production issues and provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business partners to analyze complex problems and understand business goals and objectives.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Support QA team testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing and training.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with progressive experience supporting medium to large-size projects.
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience with Agile project work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
  • Scrum Master: Experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Traceability Matrix: Experience with traceability matrix, agile, and client-centric approaches.
  • Business Stakeholder Engagement: At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with business stakeholders on functional design sessions and detailed solution design sessions.
  • Triage and Support: At least 5 years of hands-on experience providing first-level triage support for business and technical SMEs in identifying design gaps from testing cycles and production.
