Sanitation Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Alpine Building Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' spaces are clean, safe, and sanitized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disinfecting high-touch areas and cleaning building common spaces
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a clean environment
- Collecting and disposing of trash in garbage containers
- Spot cleaning walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, and window sills
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by your manager
Requirements:
- Cleaning experience in a commercial setting is an asset
- Motivation and a willingness to work and learn
- Strong time management skills to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Physical ability to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine
- Ability to pass a background check
