Customer Service Director

The Support Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of food, housekeeping, and laundry services at our facilities. Reporting to the Site Director, this individual is accountable for overseeing all aspects of these services, adhering to established regulations and corporate standards.
This leadership position requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in hospitality management, including direct supervision of staff. Experience managing unionized staff is an asset.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing operational plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. You will also provide oversight and supervision to assigned staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the department. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational plans that align with the organization's mission and strategic objectives.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.

- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and materials.
- Establish and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and spoilage.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not required).
- Food Safe Level 1 certification mandatory; Level 2 an asset.
- Minimum three years of experience in hospitality management, including direct supervision of staff.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen and ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.
