Accounting Opportunities:

CB Canada seeks to hire an experienced Bookkeeping Specialist to join their team. This short-term contract/temporary role will provide a unique opportunity to work with a Woodbridge, Ontario-based company and contribute to their financial success.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
  • Maintain quality historical records by filing documents
  • Conduct and manage the general ledger
  • Establish a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by defining a chart of accounts and bookkeeping policies
  • Examine payments received and record deposits
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
  • Balance accounts by reconciling entries

Requirements:

Expertise in full charge bookkeeping

Strong familiarity with Accounting Entries

Enterprise resource planning experience

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

Experience using Jonas accounting software
