Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they have the necessary knowledge to meet quality control standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, and maintain a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek, and we offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
