About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient kitchen procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely delivery of tasks
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Evaluate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, optimizing inventory management
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for improvement
  • Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for growth
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You must be comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, and multitasking in a dynamic setting.
