  • Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet our operational needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.

  • This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability
  • We are looking for a candidate with excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be a team player with flexibility and a positive attitude.
  • Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
