The IT Supplier Management team at Desjardins Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for influencing stakeholders, managing change, and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve IT supplier management practices.
  • Manage complex files with multiple contributors and ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and decision-making bodies.
  • Improve operational integrity and optimize performance and costs.
  • Align with various teams, including Asset Management, Supplier Management, and Practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in IT supplier management, strategic procurement, IT asset management, or another related field.
  • Experience working on complex files with multiple contributors.
  • Experience in executive communications.
  • Experience with the ITVM process and best practices and knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
  • ITIL4 certification.
  • IT Asset Management certification.
  • Knowledge of French required.
