Recruitment Strategist

- Sourcing: Employ diverse strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to discover exceptional candidates.
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, managing projects to ensure flawless execution.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications and experiences to identify the ideal match.
- Interviewing: Conduct screenings and interviews with top candidates, evaluating their strengths and fit for the organization.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with business teams, offering support and expertise to hiring managers.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, recommending enhancements to our talent acquisition strategies.
- Employer Branding Advocate: Actively contribute to developing a robust employer brand across social media platforms.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful talent acquisition experience.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong research and sourcing capabilities, particularly with online tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster strong relationships.
- Creative Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with business-level proficiency in Dutch.
