Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Take customers' orders and work efficiently under pressure to meet customer expectations.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
Requirements
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
