About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food items to our high standards, ensuring that every dish meets our quality and presentation expectations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and lifting up to 25 pounds
