Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing selection of food and beverages.
  • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure a smooth inventory management process.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers and orders.
  • Standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet customer demands.
