Our client is a leading Canadian company specializing in the development and commercialization of medical diagnostics using their proprietary technology platform. They have received numerous awards for their innovative work and are now seeking a skilled Biostatistical Research Associate to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Richmond.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of bioLytical product capabilities and experience in designing, creating, and writing trial protocols and study documentation, including ethics applications. The role requires close collaboration with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with industry protocols and local regulations.

Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, compiling scientific reports, and managing clinical trial materials. The selected candidate will also oversee site staff training on bioLytical product tests, therapeutic areas, and protocol requirements.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and professional growth opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical data collection and analysis techniques.
