We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a restaurant or private club setting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
