About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Salford&Co Cleaning Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with the service.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and provide support to help them integrate into the workforce.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, and provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and career goals.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, and provide support to help them access employment opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
