About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation, support, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 ERP system and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support and maintenance for our ERP system, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and operates efficiently.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions, leveraging your expertise in ERP system management.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP system developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our system and processes.

What You Bring

  • A combination of education and experience in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Management.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to communicate effectively in unfamiliar situations.
