About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our team at Squamish Nation. As an integral part of our Information Technology department, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation, support, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 ERP system and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and operates efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve system issues and improve user experience.
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills, articulating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
