ERP Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to join our team at Oxygen8 Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Epicor Kinetic system, providing technical support, and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide timely support for incoming ERP system incidents, diagnosing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving problems effectively.
  • System Configuration: Work seamlessly with various departments to ensure smooth data flow across different Epicor Kinetic system modules.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Assist in creating and updating training materials, processes, and work instructions to empower users.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system parameters, processes, and procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Functional Expertise: Leverage functional, analytical, and technical expertise to configure and support Epicor Kinetic functions, including manufacturing, accounting, and Inventory & Supply Chain.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's or associate degree in information technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in quote-to-cash processing within the Epicor Kinetic environment and 2 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data-related tasks, including SQL, BAQs (Business Activity Queries), and DMT (Data Management Tool). Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency, strong troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
