Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports, to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that workers are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely.
  • Personnel Management: Supervise and train workers, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with workers, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction site supervision or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
Working Conditions:
  • Work Site Environment: Outdoors, noisy, at heights, and dusty.
  • Work Setting: Restoration, various locations.
