Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

EMER C RESTORATION LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and the ability to lead a team of workers.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality of work
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a variety of construction settings, including commercial, residential, and restoration projects. The work environment will be noisy and physically demanding.
