Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, as well as ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Estimation and Planning - Accurately estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Staffing and Training - Recruit and hire workers and provide training to ensure they have the necessary skills.
  • Coordination and Scheduling - Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure timely completion.
  • Health and Safety - Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Materials and Supplies - Requisition materials and supplies as needed.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability - Accurate, flexible, and reliable.
