Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Platinum Professional Claims Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, including labourers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control the quality of work, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports on site progress, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including ordering materials and equipment, and managing subcontractors.
  • Train and develop the skills of construction workers, including providing on-the-job training and coaching.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with environmental regulations and protocols.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including time sheets, attendance records, and safety reports.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy environments, and in outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
