Lead Character Artist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Character Artist to join our team at Hasbro. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D characters and creatures that bring our game worlds to life.
Responsibilities:- Establish high-quality standards for the team and lead by example
- Create iconic 3D characters and creatures that drive the quality bar for our project
- Guide team members on both a creative and technical level
- Ensure consistency in style across all characters and creatures
- Collaborate with tech art and programmers to plan and implement character art processes and pipelines
- 7+ years of experience in AAA game development as a character artist
- Experience collaborating with other character artists
- Deep understanding of character form, shape, structure, and silhouette
- Ability to contribute, interpret, and communicate art direction within a team
- Passion for fiction stories and role-playing games
- Bilingual French and English
