Customer Sales Support Representative

United West Mississauga is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving support issues, and selling new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide top-notch customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to recommend solutions that meet customer needs and increase sales revenue.
  3. Collaborate with the Account Management team to enhance customer satisfaction, establish goals, and develop new sales skills.
  4. Document and process customer orders accurately and efficiently in our systems.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes and improvements in our systems, processes, and programs through daily meetings and weekly training webinars.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrate a proven track record of excellence in communication and customer interaction through previous experience in sales, customer service, support, or client acquisition.
  2. Possess exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills, which can be effectively utilized in a professional work setting.
  3. Be passionate about working closely with people and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  4. Display key qualities such as empathy, responsiveness, patience, conscientiousness, and a customer-centric mindset.
  5. Have excellent interpersonal skills and be adept at building relationships with people through meaningful conversations.
  6. Be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process and commute to the office daily.
