Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Osmows. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Order and manage kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary arts diploma or degree.
  • Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques.
