Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chuan Xiang Hui Food Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
  • Plan and execute events, such as banquets, and prepare specialty foods
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure food meets quality standards and is prepared safely

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
