Aura Kitchens and Cabinetry Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support operational excellence.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to maintain a high level of accountability.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring a strong reputation.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to drive business success.
- Criminal record check.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal awareness and team player.
- Support for newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
