  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide guests with information about local attractions and services, enhancing their stay.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring optimal room utilization.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest and staff safety.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Will train, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
  • Permanent employment, with a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency, with excellent communication skills.
