Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers in different territories across the country.

The role develops and implements a strategic plan, taking into consideration the environment, identifying issues and addressing them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute operational marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop business sales plans for individual accounts and set appropriate objectives for customer calls.
  • Review and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Lead and inspire change within the organization to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • University Degree
  • At least 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience and at least 3 years in pharmaceutical sales management
  • Experience and working knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment
  • Previous track record of leading sales results by utilizing a multichannel approach to reach customers
  • Previous sales experience in a highly competitive pharmaceutical environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using social media tools is an asset
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload
  • Strong innovative and creative selling skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to learn both technical and product-related materials
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to lead and inspire change
  • Ability to communicate with physicians, executives, and business partners
  • Ability to partner with the sales force and sales management to develop brand strategies

Xediton Pharmaceuticals Inc offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
