Additionally, they will co-ordinate and plan for office services, assemble data, and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
