Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure the smooth operation of kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet the company's culinary standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to meet the company's growth and development goals
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant
  • Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
