About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our National team to build local presence and establish relationships with national clients. You will be responsible for communicating with existing customers to explain Flynn Service opportunities, attending association and industry events, and planning client meetings. Your ability to conduct presentations virtually and understand contract documents will also be essential.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working in the roofing/construction industry. You must have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, think entrepreneurially, and drive business growth. Proficiency in using computer programs such as MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD is also necessary.

Compensation
